Maria oversees accounting and administration for Eureka but her behind-the-scenes presence has shaped the company’s human resources policies, union labor documentation, financial metrics, and quality control measures for the better. An Italian immigrant, Maria joined Eureka as a part-time bookkeeper in 1993, shortly after completing a business administration program at Saint Anne’s Business School. It took the company only two weeks to recognize Maria’s value and ask her to join full time. In the three decades since, Maria has risen to Controller and ultimately Vice President, accumulating credentials and leadership skills in virtually every non-glazing aspect of the business.
Maria prides herself on continuous learning and has extended this emphasis to everything at Eureka. She spearheaded the company’s pursuit and attainment of North American Contractor Certification (NACC), a credential that acknowledges Eureka’s competencies in business operations and glazing. She examines bid documents, reviews cost estimates, and performs contract reviews to ensure high standards are consistently met. Maria also serves on Eureka’s safety committee.
Maria lives in Burlington County, N.J., with her husband and two dogs. Her two grown daughters and their husbands live nearby. She loves camping, traveling, and spending time with family.
