When Subaru of America, Inc. consolidated four locations into a new $90 million corporate headquarters building, Eureka was selected to perform the interior glass scope of work. The project included 1,750 linear feet (16,000 square feet) of interior glass partitions and aluminum framing for more than 150 rooms, plus 135 linear feet of back-painted decorative glass. Eureka’s design change recommendation to use alternative stick-built system details on the interior glass partitions provided significant cost savings to Subaru from two adjoining subcontractors as well as Eureka.
